Présentation et objectifs du fondsLongterm capital growth by investing in onshore and offshore PRC, Hong Kong and Macau Equity Markets. The SubFund follows the Climate Engagement with outcome Strategy and therefore promotes environmental or social characteristics by including environmental and social factors in the investment decision and engages specifically with high emitters in order to promote climate consciousness. Minimum exclusion criteria for direct investments are applied. At least 70% of SubFund assets are invested in Equities as described in the investment objective. Max. 30% of SubFund assets may be invested in Equities other than described in the investment objective. Max. 100% of SubFund assets may be invested into the China AShares market. Max. 69% of SubFund assets may be invested ing the RQFII quota. SubFund assets may be invested completely in Emerging Markets. Max. 25% of Sub Fund assets may be held directly in time deposits and/or (up to 20% of SubFund assets) in deposits at sight and/or invested in Money Market Instruments and/or (up to 10% of SubFund assets) in money market funds for liquidity management. All bonds and money market instruments must have at the time of acquisition a rating of at least B or a comparable rating from a recognised rating agency. SubFund classifies as "equityfund" according to German Investment Tax Act (GITA). We manage this SubFund in reference to a Benchmark which plays a role for the SubFund's performance objectives and measures. We follow an active management approach with the aim to outperform the Benchmark. Although our deviation from the investment universe, weightings and risk characteristics of the Benchmark is likely to be material in our own discretion, the majority of the SubFund's investments (excluding derivatives) may consist of components of the Benchmark. Benchmark: MSCI China All Shares Total Return Net (in EUR). You may redeem shares of the SubFund usually on each business day. We reinvest the income into the SubFund. Derivatives may be used to offset exposure to price fluctuations (hedging), to take advantage of price differences between two or more markets (arbitrage) or to multiply gains although it may also multiply losses (leverage).
